The purpose of the Issue Work Order process is to issue correct and complete work orders. It can be called by other processes (as in CRM) to issue a new Work Order, to be handled further by WFM.
Issue Work Order scope includes the following: •Issuing correct and complete work orders. The work orders may be required to complete pertinent manual work such as a fulfillment-based resource order or an assurance trouble report coming from third-party systems •Initiating work order issuance through handheld devices by a technician from the field •
