Customer Order Orchestration Plan Creation makes an orchestration plan out of the set of customer order work items.
This component is responsible to define a customer order orchestration plan based on the derived customer order work items. It includes rule-based definition of steps, dependencies, priorities, as well as configuration of whether the steps should be executed in sequence or in parallel. Customer order orchestration plan creation can select a plan from a predefined set of customer order workflow plan templates or it can create the customer order workflow plan dynamically, based on rules on available set of customer order work items and current parameters from runtime environment. Once created and assigned, customer order orchestration plan is immutable for the order; new versions of customer order workflow rules setup are applied only to new customer orders.
