Overview
Payroll Management provides the necessary functionality to accurately pay employees for time worked, plus other compensation less applicable withholdings and deductions while meeting legal and regulatory reporting requirements.
Functionality
Payroll Management provides the following functionality:
- Calculates Wages based on hourly rate plus any applicable adjustments such as overtime earned.
- Calculates Salary for current period.
- Calculates or applies other compensation such as Bonuses and Commission
- Calculates Withholdings such as Federal Income Tax.
- Calculates Deductions such as medical insurance, union dues and charitable contributions.
- Generates Paycheck/Paystub deliverable in Paper and/or Electronic form.
- Calculates Payroll Taxes and outputs to applicable agencies.
- Output payroll results to Financial Accounting.
- Generates applicable reporting and analytics.
