Description

Schedule, assign and coordinate customer provisioning related activities. Generate the respective service order creation request(s) to Issue Service Orders based on specific customer orders. Escalate status of customer orders in accordance with local policy. Add additional information to an existing customer order. Modify information in an existing customer order. Cancel a customer order when the initiating sales request is cancelled. If some specific product components are delivered directly by other Parties, initiate requests, through other Party Requisition Management, for the delivery by the other Party of the specific product components.
