Extended Description

Shareholder Relations Management processes manage the relationship between the enterprise and its shareholders, consistent with all business, financial, legal, and regulatory requirements. This includes incoming and outgoing communication with shareholders. Also included in these processes are the management and administration of employee share and/or option plans.
