Process that oversees the Receipt and query of a governmental request for wholesale partner. which will lead to the Financial Information from various sources (TAP/Usage/ Payment Transactions, etc.) be exposed of the said Party, via electronic file or repository.
Process that handles the Receipt and query of a governmental request, fulfilling the information request (either predetermined or unique) for specific wholesale partner or Business Party. This can be due to bankruptcy or investigations of other nature, will lead to the Financial Information be exposed of the said Party. Typically the invoices over a given period (a year) are requested, but the requests can be varied in nature – like balances, payment regularity etc. These processes are usually only known to people with sufficient security clearance. The process oversees the confidential request reception, prioritization, overview of progress (including escalation) when commitments are endangered, compilation of results, and final delivery to one or more external entities in the stipulated format and form (i.e. detailed vs aggregated).
