Roaming Billing for Partners which are within national borders.
Roaming within national borders where CSP coverage is not available and an agreement is reached with another National CSP to provide service. Includes inbound and outbound roaming billing – Support for roaming settlements and roaming processes of TAP and RAP exchange, revenue assurance. National roaming are usually transparent to the own customer and cost neutral. Legally, (commercial and license reasons), this type of roaming is not allowed unless under very specific circumstances and under regulatory scrutiny. It requires specific business scenario considerations in mediation, business party billing as well as the dynamic nature of network coverage (customer temporarily on-net off-net).
