Known examples include water & electricity bills, municipal fees, etc. 3rd Party Billing has a Partner & Retail Component i.t.o Billing - is a process that has allows existing customers to make purchases through other authorized merchants, service providers and other telecommunications companies, and have charges placed directly on their local phone bill, as an alternate payment option.
