This process provides the capability to manage the data within the analytics domain by transforming the incoming data , managing the quality of data stored and managing the master data which can be used by data transformation process.
Data Management process provides capability to ensure that the quality of incoming data is maintained within the domain and processes data using various transformations logic, mapping it to data models in order to make it meaningful and usable by analytics processes. It also provides capability to manage the master data which is used by transformation logic and other processes to process the incoming data and mapping it back to the data models. Data Management process encompasses “ Manage Data Quality”, “Transform Data” and “Manage Master Data” processes to fulfill the requirements.
