Manage the removal of a party from an enterprise's value fabric.
Terminate Party Relationship manages the removal of a party from an enterprise's value fabric, based on the continued inadequate performance based on monitoring and analysis performed by the Party Performance Management processes, and unsuccessful resolution through Manage Party Relationship Management processes. A new party may need to be found to replace the terminated party. In this case the applicable processes, such as Identify Potential Parties, would be performed to accomplish this.
