The Define Party Privacy Location, Jurisdiction and Regulation process is used: - to identify the countries that a product will be offered in - to define the countries where Data Controller and Data Processors will be located - to define the privacy regulations that apply in those countries - to define the dominant regulation - If multiple legislations apply then to define the highest standards in each regulation for each part
